Easterlin Park is part of Broward County Public Campgrounds and is a 41-acre, heavily wooded area designated as an Urban Wilderness Area. The park is an oasis of natural beauty with cypress trees, some of which are 250 years old and 100 feet tall, wild coffee, ferns, dahoon holly, cabbage palm, oak and red maple. A scenic lake provides a stunning backdrop for viewing wildlife, such as alligators and snakes.
