Derek was professional, polite, and informational. However, picture of bed appears to have a thicker mattress than it actually had. One evening small roaches appeared around the stove, but Derek said he would fumigate to take care of that.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If you are picking up you are responsible for emptying the tank (sewage) failure to empty tank will result in a fee.
- Please return RV in the condition it was given, remove all trash from camper, food from refrigerator and clean the grill. Failure to do any of the above mentioned will result in a fee.
- If you use the outdoor grill please clean before returning, failure to clean grill will result in a fee.
- Smoking in unit will result in $350 cleaning fee.
- 1hr grace period on returns, late returns will be subject to a late fee in the amount of a daily rental. Lock out services (If you lock yourself out and need assistance) will be $50 fee.
