Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect.
- Must check to see if we can accommodate different pick up or drop off times. We work based off appointments so please arrive on time to avoid a late fee.
- RV must be returned with a full tank of gas and be COMPLETELY clean on the inside. Fees will apply for refueling and extra cleaning if needed.
- RV insurance does not cover any damages to the interior of the RV. Our $77 Interior protection package is required for reservations of 7 nights or more as well as events/festivals.
